| Taekwondo
is a Korean martial art known for its dynamic kicking techniques. It's
a traditional art and also an Olympic sport. Taekwondo uses 30% hand
techniques and 70% kicking techniques. We teach World Taekwondo
Federation and International Taekwondo Federation Styles. We offer classes for children (4 per week) and adults (6 classes per week). We provide a free uniform with sign-up, family discounts, family class, demonstration team, advanced training classes (Black Belt Club), Hapkido Club, Power Fitness Classes, Women's Self-Defense Classes and a circuit gym.
